Individual therapy ยท Silicon Valley

Most people find me because their doctor suggested it. You are in the right place.

What I help with

  • Adults with ADHD
  • Anxiety
  • Life after a diagnosis
  • Grief and loss
  • Burnout

Adults with ADHD

For adults who were diagnosed late, or are still wondering. We work on the everyday parts: time, follow-through, and the shame that tends to come with them.

Anxiety

Worry that runs the day, panic that comes out of nowhere, or a body that will not settle. We find what keeps it going and practice what loosens it.

Life after a diagnosis

A new diagnosis changes more than a chart. Room to take in what it means for work, family and the plans you had.

Grief and loss

For a death, a divorce, or a version of life that ended. Grief does not need fixing. It needs company and time.

Burnout

For people who kept going long past empty. We look at what you carry, what you can put down, and how to rest without guilt.

Sent by a clinician?

Each of these pages is written for the patients that kind of clinician usually sends me. Pick the one who sent you.

For neuropsychologists

Patients finishing testing who need someone to help them live with the results.

For psychiatrists

Patients on medication who also need weekly therapy alongside it.

For therapists

Clients who need a specialist, or a therapist when you are full.

I keep a small practice on purpose, so the people who come here get my full attention, not a waiting list.

How a first consultation works

1

You send a short note

Name and a way to reach you. No health details needed.

2

A 20-minute call

We talk about what is going on and whether I am the right fit. If I am not, I will help you find who is.

3

A first session

You pick a time on my calendar, in person or by video.
